That is always the consulate's decision: they look at your visa history, purpose of travel and proof of funds. With a clean history and a coherent itinerary the odds of a longer visa are better — we will go through how to strengthen your case.

You pay for our visa services once the visa is issued — that has been our rule from the start. Consular fees are paid separately under the rules of the relevant consulate; where the fee is already included, the price list says so.

The consulate always decides, and the honest answer is no — nobody can guarantee it. What we do guarantee is our part: accurate forms, a complete and coherent document set and interview preparation. If we can see the odds are poor, we will tell you straight away.

Yes, most of the work is done remotely: you send documents and details over WhatsApp, we check and complete everything. You only need to attend in person where the consulate requires it — for biometrics or an interview, for example.
