A medical visa is issued for treatment at a specific clinic and needs confirmation from it, but allows a longer stay and accompanying relatives. A tourist visa is for holidays and travelling around the country.

You pay for our visa services once the visa is issued — that has been our rule from the start. Consular fees are paid separately under the rules of the relevant consulate; where the fee is already included, the price list says so.

The consulate always decides, and the honest answer is no — nobody can guarantee it. What we do guarantee is our part: accurate forms, a complete and coherent document set and interview preparation. If we can see the odds are poor, we will tell you straight away.

Yes, most of the work is done remotely: you send documents and details over WhatsApp, we check and complete everything. You only need to attend in person where the consulate requires it — for biometrics or an interview, for example.
